Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and candidates. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing timely updates on placement processes, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with internal consulting teams, understanding client requirements, and supporting the matching of talent to appropriate opportunities.

The Customer Relationship

Executive will handle feedback, address concerns, and work proactively to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.



The position requires accurate documentation of interactions in CRM systems and regular reporting on relationship status and service outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality support.

- Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills to nurture long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.

- Relevant experience in consulting, recruitment, HR services, or a client-facing role is beneficial.
