We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can effectively communicate with clients, generate business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires excellent communication skills, disciplined follow-ups, and a customer-first approach.
A. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
B. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Contact new prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Generate qualified business leads.
- Schedule meetings or online demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up on website, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and referral inquiries.
- Collect referrals from satisfied customers.
C.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for proposals and quotations.
- Ensure timely sharing of company profiles, portfolios, and service information.
- Track customer progress from inquiry to project completion.
- Assist in converting prospects into paying customers.
D. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or Excel.
- Update lead status after every interaction.
- Record customer discussions, follow-up dates, and action points.
- Ensure all customer information is organized and up to date.
E. Communication
- Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit them before the end of the workday.
