Role Description The Customer Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thodupuzha. This role is responsible for supporting farmers and other customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive service experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer communications via phone, email, and in person, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Customer Relations

Officer will collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback, support continuous improvement of services, and help strengthen long-term client relationships. The role also involves monitoring service quality, identifying recurring concerns,



and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build trust and communicate clearly with farmers and other customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Client Relations skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction to understand customer needs, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English.
- Ability to work on-site in Thodupuzha, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service, community engagement, or working with farmers or rural communities is an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and customer management tools.
- Educational background in Business, Social Work, Agriculture, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong practical experience.
