Role Description The Customer Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This position involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving issues in line with company policies and service standards. The role includes documenting customer interactions, escalating complex cases when needed, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience.

The associate may support sales-related processes, assist with onboarding or training customers on products and services,



and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and service quality. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining data accuracy, meeting performance targets, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications Robust customer-facing skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.

Ability to assist with Sales-related activities, such as cross-selling, upselling, and lead nurturing.

Experience in Training customers or team members on processes, tools, or product features.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, professional interaction styles.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM tools, and data entry with high attention to detail.

Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, manage time effectively, and meet performance metrics.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
