Role Description This full-time on-site role as Customer Experience Executive is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves handling customer interactions through phone, email, and messaging channels, resolving queries, and ensuring timely, accurate responses.

The Customer Experience

Executive will monitor customer feedback, track service issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, following up on open cases,



and supporting post-sales and service-related activities to drive customer satisfaction and retention. The role also requires documenting recurring issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting the implementation of customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills to understand customer needs, convey information clearly, and ensure a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes and policies.
- Experience in handling customer-facing roles in retail, services, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Solid verbal and written communication in English and local languages is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and use CRM or ticketing tools effectively.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
