Fluent in English and Tamil

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales aptitude with a customer-first mindset

Ability to manage the customer journey—from the first conversation to post-visit follow-up

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools

Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn What you'll do:

Welcome and assist customers visiting our Experience Centre

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Build lasting relationships through timely follow-ups
