- Resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations efficiently.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.

Eligibility

Criteria - Minimum 12th Pass.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

Salary & Benefits - CTC: ₹3.24LPA- ₹3.72 LPA

- In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹22,000- ₹27,500 per month
