- Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone.

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.

- Explain slimming programs, treatments, and membership packages.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.

- Maintain client records and update CRM software.

- Maintain daily appointment schedule, rescheduling and confirming client visits.

- Coordinate with therapists, nutritionists, and clinic staff.

- Support sales by promoting packages and achieving monthly targets.

- Process payments and prepare daily reports.

- Handle incoming & outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads for appointments.

- Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients





- Prior experience in customer service, front office, tele calling, or sales is an added advantage.

- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
