This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to support successful project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.

Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and adherence to coding standards.

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalable software design.

Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative technical solutions within a collaborative environment.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.

This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
