Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.

Robust knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.

Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise scalable, maintainable solutions.

Experience in leading software development teams and managing project timelines effectively.

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring software scalability.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting.

This position is based at our MDC8A - STPI location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
