Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of custom software projects and driving successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix and Teamcenter AWC.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.

Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.

Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative, practical solutions.

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.

This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
