This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of software processes and outcomes.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.

Mentor and support team members to foster skilled growth and technical expertise.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management, Stibo Product Master Data Management.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.

Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to support multi-team collaboration.

Skilled in problem-solving and providing technical solutions across diverse teams.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.

This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.

A 15 Years Full Time education is required.
