Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster skilled growth.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements and creative solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.

Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycles with a focus on scalable architectures.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.

Familiarity with API management, data integration, and process orchestration within enterprise environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset to align technology with business needs.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
