The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siebel Open UI customization, JavaScript, Siebel configuration, integrations, and performance optimization. Exposure to modern front-end technologies.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions leveraging Agile methodologies.

Roles &

Responsibilities / Technical Skills Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Siebel Open UI development and provide technical leadership to the team. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Siebel Open UI customizations independently. Hands-on experience in developing and customizing: Physical Renderers (PR) Presentation Models (PM) Custom Plug-ins Open UI Manifest Files Customize and configure Siebel Applets,



Views, Business Components, Business Objects, Workflows, and Runtime Events. Develop responsive and user-friendly UI solutions using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Solid hands-on experience with Siebel IP19 or higher. Implement custom validations, business rules, and user interactions. Design and implement integrations with external applications using: REST APIs (Mandatory) SOAP Web Services EAI JMS/MQ (Good to Have) Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions. Perform technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support activities. Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices. Exposure to modern front-end technologies is preferred. Soft Skills (Must have) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and mentor team members. Strong documentation and technical design capabilities. Proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Additional Information

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Siebel Open UI. Position is based in Bengaluru. 15 years of full-time education is required.
