Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.





Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation within marketing platforms.

Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.

Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud customization.

Knowledge of data management and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
