Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.

Strong knowledge of distributed messaging systems and event streaming architectures.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines.

Familiarity with integration of Apache Kafka with various data processing frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Kafka clusters for performance and reliability.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
