Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.

Experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.

Strong understanding of real-time data streaming and processing.

Familiarity with integration of Apache Kafka with various data sources and sinks.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Kafka clusters for performance and reliability.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
