Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Benefits.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday HCM.

Strong understanding of compensation structures and payroll processes.

Experience in configuring and customizing Workday modules.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
