Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.

Strong understanding of Workday Recruiting module functionalities and configuration.

Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within Workday Recruiting environment.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Recruiting applications.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in Workday Recruiting implementations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required. Preferred to have Workday related Certification for the Primary skill.
