Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform).

Strong experience in application design and development using low-code platforms.

Ability to configure and customize applications to meet complex business requirements.

Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect various systems.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within application environments.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mendix (Platform).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
