Lead the implementation of best practices to optimize software development processes.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Salesforce environments.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce platform performance.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Nagpur office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
