Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster skilled growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

Strong knowledge of database architecture, backup and recovery techniques, and performance tuning.

Experience in managing database security, user access, and data integrity.

Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with database automation tools and scripting for routine maintenance tasks.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
