15 years full time education Key Responsibilities 1 should have S/4 ABAP development knowledge through debugging and process knowledge d Experience in ISU ABAP 2 Min 4 Years of experience required in SAP using FICA 3 Should be able to analyse and fix medium to complex FICA issues through debugging and process knowledge d Experience in ISU ABAP Technical Experience 1 Hands on coding experience on FICA objects, defect logging using HPQC 2 Should have working knowledge of FICA activities like payment posting, accounting, write off, returns, instalments plans and dunning process etc 3 should have hands on experience on RICEFW objects 4 Resolving user issue and support them on daily operational tasks Professional Attributes 1 Valuable Communication Skill 2 Flexible to work 3 Ability to work under pressure 4 Good Analytical skill and presentation skill 5 Decision making ability 6 resources should have ABAP experience 7 good to have knowledge of SAP ISU billing
