The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through challenges and driving the successful delivery of solutions.

Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of the applications to align with evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.

Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.

Experience in designing and configuring custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service workflows.

Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Skilled in scripting and automation to enhance platform functionality and user experience.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Indore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
