Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with BMC Helix Discovery.

Strong understanding of IT service management processes.

Experience in application design and configuration.

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.

This position is based at our Indore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
