This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.





Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Solid knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development frameworks.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive user interfaces.

Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce data models.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Understanding of integration techniques and RESTful APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
