Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer navigates complex challenges and contributes to the overall success of projects through innovative problem-solving and effective communication.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Provide L2/L3 support for FCC, EPBCS, PCM, ARCS

Support financial close cycles

Troubleshoot data load failures, mapping issues, validation errors

Handle Smart View and access issues

Support integrations and automation (EPM Automate, batch jobs)





Perform regression testing and patch support

Raise and track Oracle SRs Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.

Functional: FCC, Planning, ARCS, PCM

Technical: Data Management, Data Exchange, integrations, EPM Automate

Support: Incident management, troubleshooting, close-cycle support

Solid experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.

Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.

Experience in integrating ERP systems with other business applications.

Familiarity with database management and data flow within enterprise systems.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
