Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in COBOL.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration of legacy systems and modern platforms.

Competence in code optimization and performance tuning.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in COBOL.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
