Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).

Solid understanding of IT service management principles and workflows.

Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform efficiently.

Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.

Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and asset management processes within ITSM.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
