In this role, you will own customer environments end-to-end, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Your focus will be on eliminating manual work through automation and leveraging AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and operations.

You will work closely with our SRE team, who manage shared platform reliability and core infrastructure, while you focus on customer-specific environments.

Roles &

Responsibilities: Own customer environments across application and infrastructure layers (configs, deployments, patching, scaling) Execute and automate runbook-driven tasks (SQL scripts, queue management, data fixes, restores) Build automation using PowerShell, Python, and GitHub Actions to convert manual processes into self-service workflows Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude AI) for code generation, log analysis, and faster root cause analysis Monitor system health using Datadog (APM, logs, dashboards, monitors) Respond to alerts via on-call tools (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, ServiceNow)



and ensure timely incident resolution Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across both application and infrastructure layers Partner with SRE to ensure overall platform reliability Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation Document processes and mentor junior engineers Continuously identify and eliminate operational toil through automation Qualified & Technical Skills: Automation Mindset: You instinctively automate repetitive tasks and improve processes OS Administration: Windows Server (RDP, IIS, Services, Task Scheduler)

Linux (SSH, systemctl, bash, cron) Database Operations: Strong SQL skills (SSMS, backups, restores, troubleshooting, data fixes) Monitoring & Incident Response: Hands-on experience with Datadog (APM, logs, dashboards, monitors)

Experience with on-call/incident tools like PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or ServiceNow

Strong alert triaging and incident handling skills Configuration Management: XML, JSON, property files Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Python, or Bash AI-Assisted Development: Comfortable using tools like Copilot to write/debug code and accelerate troubleshooting Infrastructure Fundamentals: Cloud (AWS/Azure basics)

Networking basics (TLS/certificates, load balancing)
