Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.

Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within ServiceNow platforms.

Experience in integrating IT operations management tools with enterprise systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT operations.

Familiarity with automation and orchestration processes in IT service management.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
