The engineer actively oversees the progress of development activities, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the applications meet the required standards and business needs. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving the project forward effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.

Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.

Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise software solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
