The role also includes troubleshooting challenges that arise during development and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and software performance.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

Solid knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex data structures and design scalable data models within the SAP MDG framework.

Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and system performance.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
