Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Ensure the quality and efficiency of applications through thorough testing and validation.

Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Pega CSA and CSSA certification.

Proficiency in Pega Platform.

Experience in designing and configuring business process management applications using Pega Platform.

Robust understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Pega environment.

Familiarity with integrating Pega applications with external systems and databases.

Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Pega Platform.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
