Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.

Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.

Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.

Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.

Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration scenarios.

Knowledge of security protocols and compliance considerations in application integrations.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
