Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.

Strong knowledge of report design and configuration within Workday environments.

Experience in data extraction, transformation, and presentation tailored to business needs.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting issues efficiently.

Familiarity with integrating Workday reports with other enterprise systems to support comprehensive data analysis.

Skilled in optimizing report performance and ensuring data accuracy and security.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.

This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
