This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts, ensuring seamless integration of solutions, and overseeing the progress of application development. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align technical objectives and deliverables, while continuously refining and adapting applications to meet evolving needs within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of application customization efforts to meet project goals.





Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical capabilities.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and solution quality.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to application customization.

Experience in scripting and programming within the 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA environment to tailor solutions effectively.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising during customization and integration.

Familiarity with configuration management and version control systems to maintain code integrity.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
