Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and skill development.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.

Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP for HANA systems.

Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
