Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules integration and enhancement techniques.

Ability to work with agile development frameworks and continuous integration processes.

Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging in SAP ABAP systems.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
