Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.

Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.

Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to ensure seamless data flow.

Experience working with APIs and middleware platforms to connect diverse systems.

Capability to work within agile development frameworks and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
