Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern programming frameworks.

Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software components and systems.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability and performance.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
