Candidates are expected to have 8–15 years of experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and deep expertise in supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities SCM Implementation – Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation).

Business Process

Analysis – Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design optimized supply chain solutions. Configuration & Optimization – Configure SCM modules to align with business objectives and improve efficiency. Documentation – Prepare BRDs, SOPs, process maps, and functional documentation.

Integration

Support – Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SCM with ERP, WMS, and third-party systems.



KPI Development – Define supply chain KPIs and build dashboards for operational visibility.

Change

Management – Drive user training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives.

Project

Leadership – Guide onsite-offshore teams, manage UAT, data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills 8–15 years of Oracle SCM experience (Fusion Cloud expertise preferred). Robust knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles. Hands-on experience with Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management. Expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

Experience with SCM integrations, data migration, and testing. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead teams in onsite-offshore delivery models. Good-to-have: Oracle SCM certifications, knowledge of logistics/distribution, and exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud.

Additional Information Career Path: Progression to Practice Manager, Solution Architect, or Program Director roles.
