Must have skills : AVEVA PDMS Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are seeking an experienced AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM/AIM-A) Application Lead to own solution delivery, configuration, integration, and operational governance for enterprise-scale engineering information management programs. The role will work with business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams to deliver secure, scalable, and standards-driven AIM capabilities across capital projects and operations.

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead design and deployment of AVEVA AIM/AIM-A solutions.

Translate business requirements into solution architecture, data model, and platform configuration.

Guide delivery teams on AIM implementation, governance, and quality practices.

Configure and support AVEVA ISM standards, class libraries, mappings, and information requirements.

Define validation, data quality, and exception management approach.

Enable contextualized assets, tag, drawing, document, and metadata access through AIM.

Create project setup and configuration in AIM / AIM-A.

Publish bootstrap and staging-area information in AIM-A through Import Control

Install, configure, and troubleshoot AVEVA gateways including DEG, DIG, and GCT.

Create gateway projects, configurations, mappings, and output/null-file publishing flows.

Validate source files, output files, imported information, and dashboard availability

Prepare 2D and 3D imports for AIM publishing.

Support metadata and asset data visibility inside AIM dashboards.





Prepare dashboards and configure visual reports such as asset construction status.

Import/run packages, schedule jobs, and execute view scripts.

Troubleshoot 2D/3D services, AIM services, dashboards, and metadata visibility

Lead AIM integration with engineering tools, DMS, SAP, PI System, and cloud services.

Oversee data ingestion, transformation, loading, connectors, Workhub, and visualization components.

Ensure performance, usability, access control, and operational readines

Engage client stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.

Drive adoption through demos, training support, and continuous improvement Professional & Technical Skills: 5-10 years of experience in Engineering Information Management, Digital Engineering, or enterprise application delivery.

Strong hands-on exposure to AVEVA AIM / AIM-A configuration, implementation, and administration.

Good understanding of AVEVA ISM, data standards, class libraries, mappings, and governance workflows.

Experience with AIM architecture components such as Work tasks, Data Pipeline, connectors, visualization, faceted search, and reporting.

Experience integrating engineering platforms with enterprise systems such as DMS, SAP, PI System, and cloud services.

AVEVA AIM/AIM-A, Gateway Service, Import Controller, 2D/3D services.

SaaS/cloud deployment exposure, APIs, ETL, web services, data pipelines

Faceted search, data quality dashboards, reporting, information retrieval

AI-assisted enrichment, automated validation, workflow orchestration, continuous improvement Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AVEVA PDMS.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
