You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions for our organization's needs.

Roles & Responsibilities: Ability to contribute to the design of business processes, application configuration, development and bug fixing for all OTM modules and BI/FTI report development based on industry best practices. Should be willing to work in shift and 24*7 model. Should be able to work independently.

Experience working on ticketing tool and support processes Technical Experience 7 plus years of OTM & GTM experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant Should have worked on min. 2 cloud projects as Techno-Functional Consultant. Lead should be able to contribute as functional and technical capacity in OTM projects. Hands on experience to all OTM modules (Order Management, Shipment Management, Contracts and Rates Management, Agent and Workflows, User Configuration, Integrations, Operational Planning, Financials, Reports and Master Data) is a must.
