The engineer actively manages the lifecycle of software components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance throughout the development process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D; Aftermarket.

Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Experience in configuring and customizing packaged software solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies related to IBM Sterling Commerce.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Sterling Commerce.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
