Must have skills : Data Engineering Positive to have skills : NA Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering within telecom environments, delivering large scale data solutions that support network operations, customer analytics, billing systems, and regulatory reporting. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing using Spark and PySpark, with extensive experience building high performance pipelines in Azure Databricks to process network telemetry, CDRs, OSS/BSS data, and real time event streams. Collaborate with telecom security, compliance, and privacy teams to enforce encryption standards, role based access controls, key vault integration, and audit logging across Azure data services, ensuring alignment with FCC, CPNI, and industry specific regulatory frameworks.

Partner with network engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to deliver reliable datasets that power use cases such as churn prediction, fraud detection, network optimization, SLA monitoring, and customer experience analytics. Translate telecom business requirements—such as provisioning workflows, usage analytics, and network performance KPIs—into technical specifications, data models, and pipeline architectures optimized for scale and latency. Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding best practices in coding, data modeling, cloud architecture, and operational excellence within a telecom data ecosystem.

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud data services, including ADLS,



Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, and Azure Monitor, supporting both operational and analytical workloads. Deep expertise in Snowflake for telecom data warehousing, including schema design for subscriber data, usage metrics, network events, and billing datasets performance tuning and leveraging Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, and Snowpipe for near real time ingestion. Strong understanding of streaming technologies such as Kafka and Azure Event Hub, used to ingest high velocity telecom data including network logs, IoT device telemetry, and real time customer interactions.

Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect, designing DAGs that support mission critical telecom processes like mediation, rating, and SLA monitoring. Strong knowledge of data modeling, schema design, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning for large scale telecom datasets spanning OSS, BSS, CRM, and network domains. Skilled in DevOps and CI/CD practices, implementing automated pipelines for data workflows using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins, ensuring reliable deployments across production environments.

Experience managing infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or ARM templates, supporting repeatable provisioning of Azure data resources for telecom-grade reliability. Architect, build, and maintain batch and streaming pipelines using Spark, Kafka, and Azure-native services to support high-volume telecom workloads such as CDR processing, network event ingestion, and ustomer usage analytics. Build and maintain enterprise data warehouses and lakehouse architectures using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and Databricks Delta Lake, enabling unified analytics across network, customer, and operational domains.

Snowflake Certificaitons is mandatory Shift B: 12 PM to 10 PM Once a month Weekend ( Saturday and Sunday) deployment support.
