Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software development processes to enhance overall team productivity.

Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy and hands on with JMeter, Splunk and Appdynamics.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate system performance and identify bottlenecks.

Experience in designing and executing comprehensive performance test plans.

Ability to interpret test results and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Familiarity with various performance testing tools and methodologies.

Capability to collaborate effectively with development and operations teams to ensure performance goals are met.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
