A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals and user needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience, while also managing project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualified & Technical Skills Must Have Skills: Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution documentation. Exposure to the Semiconductor Industry, with understanding of its processes and business workflows. Basic knowledge of SAP MM & PP modules to support process mapping and system integration activities.

Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analytical reporting. Basic knowledge of Snowflake for handling data-driven analysis and reporting requirements.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
