Roles & Responsibilities: Should have minimum 9+ years of hands-on experience in React.js + java backend + Spring boot + web services

Expected to be an SME,



collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Shift timing will be 1 Pm to 10:30 PM IST.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.

Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 9+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
