Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary:

We are looking for an experienced M365 Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online. The candidate should have deep knowledge of governance, security, and modern authentication, along with excellent troubleshooting skills.

Experience in Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) is also required. Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage SharePoint Online environments, including modern sites, lists, libraries, and content management.

Administer and support OneDrive for Business, including sync issues, storage management, and user lifecycle.

Manage and configure Microsoft Teams, including policies, governance, Teams lifecycle, and integrations.

Administer Exchange Online, including mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and mail flow configurations.

Implement and maintain M365 governance and security best practices, including access control, compliance, and data protection.





Work with Modern Authentication, Conditional Access, and identity-related configurations in M365.

Troubleshoot complex issues across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange with strong analytical skills.

Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate.

Develop business applications and enhancements using Power Apps.

Monitor M365 services and ensure performance, availability, and reliability.

Handle escalated support tickets and provide L2/L3 level support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver M365 solutions.

Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Modern Experience).

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Solid understanding of M365 Governance, Security, and Compliance.

Experience with Up-to-date Authentication, Azure AD, and Conditional Access.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across M365 services.

Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

Knowledge of permissions management, data security, and access governance.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
